Fasting for 8-12 hours before your lab draw is typically recommended. We'll provide specific instructions.
3. Meet Aubrie
Your evaluation is an unhurried conversation about your health, goals, and the path forward.
Your Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation
Your first visit is a thorough, unhurried evaluation with Aubrie Bair, DNP, FNP-BC. She'll review your health history, listen to your concerns, and discuss your goals. Comprehensive lab work will be ordered to provide a complete picture of your hormones, metabolism, and overall health.
Plan for approximately 45-60 minutes for your initial evaluation. Follow-up visits to review lab results are typically 30-45 minutes.

Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can schedule directly through our website or by calling (801) 301-1283.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-pay practice, which allows us to spend more time with each patient and focus entirely on personalized care. We can provide superbills for patients who wish to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID, any current medications, and a list of your health concerns or goals. If you have recent lab results from another provider, please bring those as well.
How should I prepare for labs?
For the most accurate results, we typically recommend fasting for 8-12 hours before your lab draw. Water is encouraged. Our team will provide specific preparation instructions when you schedule.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
